This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote from the 174th Attack Wing, Syracuse, NY, with performance in Rome, NY. This solicitation is to ensure all specified fire protection and life safety systems at the Eastern Air Defense Sector (EADS) are maintained in a constant state of operational readiness as outlined in the attached PWS. This guarantees the protection of personnel, mission-critical assets, and facilities by maintaining strict compliance with all applicable National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards, as well as federal, state, and local regulations. Award will be made to the lowest price offer that can meet the criteria of the RFQ and PWS that is a small business registered in sam.gov. This is a total small business set aside under NAICS 561621. Vendors must provide a quote for ALL items required. Partial quotes will not be considered. Quotes utilizing the SF 1449 attached are due 24 Sept 2026 at 2:00 pm via email to richard.peirson@us.af.mil and briana.mccaffery@us.af.mil. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications. The solicitation and all amendments are on www.Sam.Gov Contracting Opportunities. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list.
