Description

Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.202, �Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services,� as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01. This solicitation is set-aside for SMALL BUSINESS The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333310, with a small business size standard of 1,000 Employees. The FSC/PSC is 6230. The Manchester VA Medical Center, Facilities Management Service � Roads and Grounds, requires the purchase and delivery of four (4) new compact mobile light towers, Wacker Neuson Model LTT6 or equal, for use at Building 7 in support of grounds, safety, and operational activities. This is a brand name or EQUAL requirement.
