Commercial Lodging for the 433rd Airlift Wing

Ammendment 001 1. The purpose of amendment 0001 to Solicitation FA3016-26-Q-0138 is to make the following changes: a) Pre-Bid Questions & Answers shall be provided within this amendment b) Provide an updated UTA Schedule for FY 27 c) Update the location to JBSA Lackland only. d) No other terms or conditions were changed. 2. REFERENCE THE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS ************************************************************************************************************** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services using a Blanket Purchase Agreement prepared in accordance with RFO part 12. This announcement constitutes only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA301626Q0138 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Lodging BPA for the 433rd AW at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland. Supplier shall provide commercial lodging for Government personnel in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (Atch 1) when requested by an individual identified on the Authorized Caller letter. The period of performance is five years from date of Blanket Purchase Agreement establishment. All work shall be in accordance with commercial and industrial standards. (Refer to the Performance Work Statement and BPA Terms and Conditions for more information) This acquisition is Total Set Aside for small business concerns.
