Vessel shall have a minimum laden speed of 13 knots. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery and redelivery is Military Ocean Terminal Sunny Point, NC (USA). The laydays commence 14 December 2026 and cancels 18 December 2026, with offerors to indicate estimated time of arrival. The period of performance will be about 75 days, with three 75-day options.
