This solicitation is 100% small business set aside. All supplies/services shall be in accordance with Product Description. Award will be made to the lowest priced responsible quoter whose quote conforms to the requirements of the solicitation. The quoter must provide pricing for ALL items in the solicitation for its quote to be acceptable to the Government. The Government will award a Firm Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation on all or non-basis. The quote must meet all the terms and conditions.
