This Request for Quotation is issued as an open market total small business set-aside under NAICS 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, for the RRCC Watch Video Wall Replacement requirement. The Government intends to issue one Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order to the responsible small business quoter whose quotation is technically acceptable and offers the lowest total evaluated price. This acquisition will be conducted using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable method. Technical acceptability will be evaluated on an Acceptable/Unacceptable basis. The Government will not make tradeoffs between price and non-price factors. To be eligible for award, a quotation must be technically acceptable. Among technically acceptable quotations, award will be made to the quoter with the lowest total evaluated price. Acquisition Type: Open Market Total Small Business Set-Aside. Quotations submitted by any other method may not be considered unless expressly authorized by the Contracting Officer. Quoters are responsible for ensuring that quotations are received by the Contracting Officer by the due date and time. Quotation Validity: Quotations shall remain valid for 30 calendar days from the quotation due date. Period of Performance: The period of performance shall not exceed 120 calendar days from the date of award, unless otherwise authorized in writing by the Contracting Officer. Evaluation: Technical quotations will be evaluated on an Acceptable/Unacceptable basis. The Government may issue a purchase order without exchanges but reserves the right to conduct exchanges if determined necessary by the Contracting Officer.
