Description

Air Emissions Inventory & Compliance Assessment for the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System (VANIHCS). Offers are due by September 23, 2026 at 9:00 AM EST. Questions regarding the procurement are due by September 17, 2026 at 9:00 AM EST. Offeror shall submit a signed copy of the SF1449, 852.219-75 VA Notice of Limitations on Subcontracting - Certificate of Compliance for Services and Construction and a completed price schedule or the quotation will not be eligible for award. This procurement will be conducted as a comparative analysis utilizing FAR Part 12. The resulting award will be a firm fixed price contract.
