The purpose of the Emergency Medicine (EM) Physician - Personal Services Contract (PSC) is to provide ad hoc, personal services to the federal Indian Health Service (IHS) Phoenix Area � Southwest Region, Whiteriver Service Unit, Clinical Services Division, Emergency Department.
