15 SEPTEMBER 2026: UPDATE The purpose of this update is to attach the corresponding Solicitation Amendment N6264926QH0410001. 14 SEPTEMBER 2026: AMENDMENT 0001 The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to provide the government's responses to requests for information (RFIs), upload the revised Performance Work Statement, and to add Site Visit instructions. "Attachment 07 Site Visit" Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the closing date and time specified.
