Pursuant to FAR 52.212-2, the criteria for evaluations are (1) Price. The basis for award is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) -This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
