LOWELL NATIONAL HISTORICAL PARK_FIRE SUPPRESSION MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR The Government requests competitive quotes for Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler System Maintenance and Repair Services at Lowell National Historical Park. Refer to attached Scope of Work for additional details. An organized site visit has been scheduled for interested offerors on September 9, 2026, at 10:00 am ET. Participants will meet at Lowell National Historical Park, 220 Aiken Street, Lowell, MA 01854. AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the hour and date for receipt of offers, provide a list of attendees from the organized site-visit, provide a response to all questions received, provide Annual Fire Alarm Reports, and provide Annual Sprinkler Systems Reports. The hour and date for receipt of offers has been extended to 2:00 pm ET on September 18, 2026.
