Notice of Intent to Sole Source to MediaLab Solutions, LLC

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE (Under the SAT) 1.The 502d contracting Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Randolph, intent to award a sole-source purchase order to MediaLab Solutions, LLC (CAGE 5KE81), 1745 N Brown Rd. STE 300, Lawrenceville, GA 30043. The requirement is for the procurement of subscriptions to the MediaLab/LabCE Exam Simulator for Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLT) and MediaLab Laboratory Continuing Education (CE) platform. 2.The requirement is for a single-site subscription to LabCE�s Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) course for up to 331 users. The subscription shall provide examination-simulation and preparation resources for national MLT certification examinations, as well as continuing education (CE) modules supporting applicable compliance requirements. 3.The Government intends to negotiate solely with MediaLab Solutions, LLC under the authority of RFO 12.102(a). This acquisition is for a commercial supply valued at or below the simplified acquisition threshold. 4.A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. However, all responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the Government. The applicable NAICS code is 513210, Software publishers, and the corresponding small-business size standard is $47.0 Million. 5.The point of contact for this announcement is Lauren Simmons.
