Sole Source to King Nutronics for OEM Equipment Replacement Parts

All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Kimberly Silvernagel at kimberly.d.silvernagel.civ@us. navy.mil no later than 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time on 17 September 2026. Solicitation N0042126Q1340 is issued as an intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with King Nutronics Corporation under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12. Offers must complete the attached certification in Section K of this solicitation, 52.209-11, Representation by Corporation Regarding Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony conviction under any Federal Law. Please complete certification and provide with your offer. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote.
