Cattle Guards for the Tonto National Forest

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1240LP26Q0197 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Cattle Guards and concrete bases. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 332323- Ornamental and Architectural Metal Work Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 500 employees. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. See Attachment 1 - Solicitation Terms and Conditions for applicable clauses, instructions, and evaluation criteria. See Attachment 2 for the technical Specifications and Schedule of Items. If submitting a quotation package, please include a signed SF1449, a completed Schedule of Items, submit a Technical proposal listing details of your proposed products for each line item and product literature, data sheets, as well as the Buy American Certificate.
