USDA ARS RNA-Seq Library Preparation and Sequencing Services

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), is soliciting quotations for RNA-Seq Library.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. Quotations are due no later than September 21, 2026 at 5:00 PM Pacific Time. Quotations shall be submitted electronically by email to: Veronica Beck, Contracting Officer veronica.beck@usda.gov Offerors shall review the solicitation and all attachments in their entirety and submit all required information by the response deadline. The period of performance is 90 days from the date of award.
