The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to solicit from a single source IAW FAR 12.201-1 to obtain a Service and Maintenance Agreement for Magnetom Vida MRI, Symbia T6 SPECT/CT, and Symbia.net Single-User (Siemens Healthineers) at the Hudson Valley VA Medical Center. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due on September 25, 2026 at 10:00 AM CST.
