Scrap Metal Recycling Service Provider

PURPOSE & DISCLAIMER This is not a solicitation for the obligation of Appropriated Funds (APF) or Non-Appropriated Funds (NAF), but it is a solicitation that may result in the award of one or more recycling agreements with Beale AFB. This request is for information and planning purposes only, and no award of funds will be made. 2. BACKGROUND & SCOPE OF WORK 9th Contracting is conducting solicitation to identify potential sources capable of providing Scrap Metal Recycling Service. See attached QRP Scrap Metal MOA and Attachment I and II MOA QRP for more details regarding the services needed. 3. CAPABILITY STATEMENT SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS Interested businesses are invited to submit ther business information and proposed pricing based on the Attachment I and II MOA QRP. 4.
