The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration intends to award a sole source purchase order to Valid8 to support anti-money laundering, illicit financing, fraud and other complex financial investigations. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government�s requirement details in the attached justification may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the Agency. The Government anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2), the justification is attached with this notice. The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 13 �Simplified Acquisition Procedures�. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541512. This notice is not a request for competitive quotation. The closing date for submitting a capability statement is September 21, 2026 at 12:00PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). All submissions should be submitted electronically to Denise.N.Scott@dea.gov.
