Description

The objective of this contract is to secure certified technical services to troubleshoot the FACP, perform all lapsed ITM cycles, repair identified deficiencies, and fully recertify the system. All inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of the fire suppression and detection systems shall be performed in strict accordance with DAFMAN 91-203, Chapter 6 (Fire Protection and Life Safety), and UFC 3-601-02 (Fire Protection Systems Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance). The primary fire suppression and alarm systems for Building 310 at Wheeler Air Force Station are currently out of compliance. A recent Fire Department assessment identified that Sprinkler Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance (ITM) has not been accomplished since 2016, and the Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) ITM has lapsed and is actively displaying a "trouble" status. Quotes are due by 8:00 AM HST September 24, 2026. Reference the attached documents; 1. Performance Work Statement 2. Provisions and Clauses 3. Additional Clauses 4. SCA Wage Determination 5.
