F35 FLSC Inert

The F?35 Joint Program Office seeks industry feedback for the procurement and phased delivery of inert Flexible Linear Shaped Charges (FLSCs) for Training System and Simulation aircraft. The Government intends to award on a sole?source basis to Accurate Energetic Systems, LLC due to exclusive NSWC Indian Head Division intellectual property licensing, under 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and FAR 6.302?1. Interested parties may submit capability statements within 15 days, addressing access to the required IP.
