USACE HQ/UMSB Library Congressional Reporting Service

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) HQ/Mission Support Battalion (UMSB) Library has a requirement for an in-depth Congressional Reporting Service that tracks every manner of Congressional activity, both current and historical, and that also includes biographical and up-to-date information on members of Congress and their staff. This procurement will be awarded under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. It is the Offeror�s responsibility to ensure the quote has been received by the contracting office via email; include �W912HQ26QA034� in subject. Fax quotes will not be accepted. Late quotes will be processed in accordance with RFO 52.212-1(c) �Late submission, modifications, revisions, and withdrawals of offers.� Upon receipt of the electronic offer, the Government will acknowledge receipt of that offer via email to the Offeror.
