This solicitation is set-aside for Small Business. Please use the attached solicitation when submitting a quote or offer; alternative line item proposals are also accepted. The tentative delivery date is September 30, 2026. The deadline for quotes or offers is September 23, 2026 at 0700 a.m HST.
