This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial supply prepared with the format in RFO Part 12, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation. Solicitation FA4484-26-Q-0049 is a Request for Quote (RFQ). Notice to Offeror. The Government reserves the right to cancel this purchase request, either before or after suspense date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The contractor shall not request, nor will the Government make, payments for any preliminary quotes, time or cost incurred. This requirement is solicited as a 100% total small business set aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this procurement is 532490 with a small business size standard of $40,000,000.00 dollars. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following minimum items:12-month single Vacuum truck rental for McGuire AFB, NJ. Delivery of the vehicle must be made to Bldg. 3104 located on the base. Truck model should be a VXPD4212LHE-1300 or Equivalent model with similar or better specifications. IAW spec sheet Attachment 1 - Vac-Con SOW w Spec Sheet_16 Sept 2026_ 3 pages. Contractor responsibilities: Provide setup training instructions, training for operation of the vehicle and its controls, perform any and all maintenance on the vehicle, emergency repairs and services will be performed by contractors, and the contractor will pick up the vehicle after the period of performance is completed. Government will; check fluid levels and refill for gasoline/diesel, motor oil, and antifreeze as needed, not perform any repairs on the vehicle, dispose of Hazardous waste properly through base water waste plant. Pricing may be done on your own document or the attached Solicitation document. The vehicle needs to be transported to the McGuire AFB, NJ 08641 area. No Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) assigned rating applies to this acquisition. NOTICE TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: No Questions will be accepted officially.
