Requirement Description: The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Edwards Air Force Base, California, has a requirement for brand-name Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) enterprise-grade solid-state drives (SSDs) to support the Edwards Data Center. The Government intends to award a single, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order. 2. Brand-Name Restriction: In accordance with RFO 12.501 and the approved Brand-Name Justification (attached), this requirement is strictly limited to authentic, factory-new HPE manufactured hardware. No alternative brands or "or equal" items will be considered. All drives must include authentic, factory-installed, and digitally signed HPE firmware. 3. Schedule of Supplies (FOB Destination): All unit prices must be inclusive of shipping, packaging, and delivery costs. No separate shipping or freight CLINs will be accepted. Notice of Nonmanufacturer Rule (NMR) Class Waiver: In accordance with RFO 19.505(c)(4) and 13 CFR 121.1202, the Small Business Administration (SBA) has established an active Class Waiver to the Nonmanufacturer Rule for NAICS 334112 covering "Automated data processing input/output and storage devices, support equipment, and supplies." Under this active class waiver, certified WOSB nonmanufacturers (resellers) are authorized to provide commercial brand-name products manufactured by other-than-small businesses (HPE).
