This acquisition is conducted under FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services) and utilizes the simplified procedures authorized under FAR Subpart 13.5 (Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) under RFQ number HT0014-26-Q-E054. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 / Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) current edition. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) under NAICS code 334510 (size standard: 1,250 employees). Only businesses certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) in the Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) program at the time of quote submission and award are eligible to compete. CONTRACT LINE-ITEM NUMBER (CLIN) SCHEDULE The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract resulting from this solicitation. 3.
