DoW/DoN Technology Transfer Program Management Support

The contractor shall provide dedicated professional support services to the DoW/ DON T2 PMO. This includes specialized expertise in technology transfer policy, professional development, communications, event coordination, and intellectual property agreement compliance. The contractor will facilitate the modernization of T2 policies, enhance workforce training, expand strategic outreach, and ensure rigorous compliance of technology transfer agreements.
