C-FRAME HYDRAULIC PRESS

The purpose of this Amendment 0003 is to: 1. Extend the solicitation SPE4A8-26-Q-0043, for One (1) C-Frame Hydraulic Press in accordance with Purchase Description VIBB 24-25-2002, Dated 27 August 2026, close date to allow vendors the applicable time to provide a proper proposal with the updated changes. The solicitation close date is extended to the COB, Friday, October 2, 2026. 2. All offers will be considered valid for 120 days from the closing date in this amendment. 3.
