No other offers will be considered. SeaPort MAC holders will need to register for PIEE accounts in order to receive solicitations and submit proposals/offers. All questions and request for any Government Technical Data and/or Government Furnished Information shall be submitted via email to the Primary and Secondary Solicitation Manager identified in the Solicitation Module within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) (https://piee.eb.mil). The email should include the solicitation number in the subject line. Responses will be posted as an attachment to the Solicitation within the PIEE Solicitation Module. A NDA (Attachment 2) must be signed before any Government Technical Data and/or Government Furnished Information is provided. All info will be posted to PIEE and SAM.gov.
