The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) Reclamation has a need for various electrical supplies such as conduit, wires, breakers, and more. More information and minimum specifications for the equipment will be included with the solicitation posted at a later date. This acquisition will be set-aside for a total small business. Reclamation anticipates issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ) by February 10, 2026, and the RFQ will close by February 20, 2026, however, all dates in this notice are subject to change. Any amendments applicable to the solicitation will be posted at the same site. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 335931, Current-Carrying Wiring Device Manufacturing. The applicable Product Service Code is 5975, Electrical Hardware and Supplies. The small business standard size is 600 employees. Reclamation intends to award one firm firm-fixed-price contract. Prospective vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to the closing of this solicitation. This supply acquisition will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, simplified acquisition procedures apply. The Government will evaluate quotes based on factors listed in the solicitation.
