The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers � New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Gatehouse Chimney Demolition and Reconstruction, Union Village Dam, East Thetford, VT QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the demolition of the existing brick chimney and the construction of a new chimney on the gatehouse at Union Village Dam, East Thetford, VT. The work also includes the installation of a new insulated flue liner, and all associated components. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000.
