This will be the contract opportunity posting where the Draft RFP, Pre-Solicitation Notice, Solicitation (and possible amendments), Award notice, etc. will be posted for the Mission Partner Environment Operations, Maintenance, and Sustainment acquisition. For your information, the contract opportunity under Notice ID CDM-2020-1 was used for market research and updates to industry during the course of the market research. This is notice is informational. The presentation for the MPE OM&S Pre-Solicitation Conference Main Session is attached. See below for information on getting access to the Draft RFP documents. There were two notices posted on 18 Aug 2023. First at 09:56 am EDT for the Draft RFP and then second at 10:04 am EDT for the Pre-solicitation Conference. The Draft RFP notice only has the Draft RFP documents. The Pre-Solicitation Conference notice does not have the Draft RFP documents and shows them as deleted.
