Description

The contracting officer has reason to believe that the bids of an important segment of bidders have been delayed in the communications system specified for transmission of bids, specifically 45conslgcaebids@us.af.mil. Therefore, in accordance with (IAW) FAR 14-402-3, the bid opening has been postponed until 13 Dec 18. See Block 14 continuation on page 2 for specific details on the re-submission of e-bids.
