This requirement also includes the upgrade and retrofit of the Xiphos Man Pack to the Micro. The proposed procurement is being processes on a brand name basis with Oceus Networks and their authorized federal resellers. A firm fixed price type contract will be issued and conducted in accordance with FAR 13.5. The applicable NAIC is 334614.
