Z--IDIQ ROAD REPAIR FOR THE U.S. NAVAL AIR FACILITY ATSUGI, U.S. MARINE CORPS CATC CAMP FUJI, AND OTHER VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN KANTO PLAINS OPERATIONAL AREA, JAPAN

This project will perform pavement work at the U.S. Naval Air Facility Atsugi, the U.S. Marine Corps CATC Camp Fuji, and other various locations in Kanto Plains operational area, Japan. The work includes repair, maintenance and construction of road pavement, traffic paint, traffic bumps, sidewalks, concrete, drainage, catch basins, guardrails, speed tables, wheel stoppers, sodding, road signs, manual bollards; miscellaneous removal work; leveling; adjustment; soil testing; labor and materials work and related work as described on contract sketches and specifications. The contract has a base year and four one-year option periods. IDIQ will be ordered on a task order in accordance specifying in each order: period of performance, exact locations, and the type of work to be accomplished. The complete solicitation package will be posted around 15 November 2015.
