Notice of Intent for Sole Source Award to Monaco Enterprises Inc. for D-21 Fire Alarm System Windows 11 Tech Refresh

In order to ensure minimal downtime and avoid failures caused by aging fire alarm systems, Whiteman AFB plans to award a sole-source contract to Monaco Enterprises Inc., to conduct a Windows 11 technology refresh for existing D-21 CPU equipment. The latest technology and software updates ensure the D-21 system runs at optimal performance levels allowing base dispatchers to take full advantage of the system�s feature set. Monaco Enterprises Inc. is the only trained and certified company to perform this software/hardware upgrade.
