Description
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) hereby notifies NIH award recipients that funds may be available for revision applications to support the expansion of existing projects and/or programs within the awarding IC identified in the competitive revision Notice of Special Interest (NOSI). Applications for Revisions will be evaluated for scientific and technical merit by (an) appropriate Scientific Review Group(s), in accordance with NIH peer review policy and procedures, using the stated review criteria. Only applications submitted in response to a NOSI published by an NIH Institute or Center will be allowed to apply to this NOFO.
Eligibility
County governments; Special district governments; Public and State controlled institutions of higher education; Native American tribal governments (Federally recognized); Private institutions of higher education; Nonprofits that do not have a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education; State governments; Native American tribal organizations (other than Federally recognized tribal governments); Independent school districts; For profit organizations other than small businesses; Others (see text field entitled "Additional Information on Eligibility" for clarification); Public housing authorities/Indian housing authorities; Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education; Small businesses; City or township governments
