Description

This is a notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) for the OJJDP FY 2026 Multistate Mentoring Programs. This opportunity supports the implementation and delivery of mentoring services to youth populations that are at risk or high risk for delinquency, victimization, and going into the juvenile justice system. Mentoring services can be one-on-one, group, peer, or a combination of these types.

Native American tribal governments (Federally recognized); Special district governments; State governments; Public and State controlled institutions of higher education; County governments; Others (see text field entitled "Additional Information on Eligibility" for clarification); City or township governments; Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education; Nonprofits that do not have a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education; Independent school districts; Private institutions of higher education
