Administrative Core

ADMIN CORE - PROJECT SUMMARY The Administrative core of the Peds Program will serve as the central entity overseeing research productivity, compliance, reporting, and synergy between Projects, Cores, and Subaward activities. To do this, the Aims of the core will include (1) to foster communication and synergy across the Peds Program by coordinating and streamlining scientific communication and data sharing, (2) to coordinate administrative and fiscal responsibilities efficiently to maximize scientific advancement toward research aims across all Projects and Cores, (3) to maintain effective scientific oversight of research progress, quality control, subaward activities, and Core services. The PI, co-I, and staff of the Admin core, which includes extensive Program Management experience, will ensure optimal scientific synergies and outcomes of the Peds Program.
