Abstract
ABSTRACT - IMAGING MODULE The Imaging Module basic science and clinical components provide a range of (i) basic science imaging (TEM, confocal, scanning optical); (ii) ex vivo and in vivo pre-clinical and clinical imaging; and (iii) computing services (imaging, database, mathematics) based on strengths of core laboratories and the tradition of excellence of the UU School of Computing, Collaborations among these groups have transformed software tools for TEM and confocal imaging. Note that any human subject image acquisition will be under IRB-approved protocols funded by non-core NIH grants; Imaging Core resources will be used for advanced image and data analysis.
